Shopping is heaven here, but choosing the right stay in Bangkok can spice up your vacation!

What do you think when we all say “Let’s go to somewhere fun and cheap!?” We immediately think of our neighborhood – YES! Bangkok!
Shopping in Bangkok is heaven. Massaging in Bangkok is definitely heaven. Now, Let’s take everything into the next level. Luxury S T A Y in Bangkok is Paradise! Does anyone of you want to indulge yourself in the best stay in Bangkok while enjoying all the interesting bits and bites of Bangkok?
Choose non other than GRAND EASTIN SATHORN, Bangkok! Well, you would wonder why this hotel and not other 5 stars hotels like Shangri-la Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel, or even Ritz Carlton Hotel. Is it because they are famous for their brand name? Exactly! That is why I don’t choose hotel that is absolutely famous because they are too expansive and sometimes overrated! Do you agree on that?
Eastin Grand Hotel located at the right location of Bangkok. Even though it is not located right in the middle of the city, it is well connected to a bridge that links to BTS (Surasak Station). You will never get wet if it happens to be raining season like what we encounter during our trip as you are fully covered under the bridge. You can go everywhere and anywhere you want with just a minute without the need of calling a Uber or GrabTaxi. How amazing is that?!
The staffs and everyone in Eastin Grand Hotel are too friendly to be treated like friends. They smile to you even when you are not looking at them. You just feel it somehow! Most importantly, they converse in good English.

Tang! Tang! Tanng! The happiest moment in my life have just arrive. After the bellboy opened our room, which was upgraded to the corner of the building, I saw this gigantic gold balloon floating next to our king size bed. I spotted a bouquet of roses and a red wine with a welcome cake on the glass table. I did not aware that it was all pre-arranged by my boyfriend until the balloon turn the other side and immediately, it caught my attention!! It was written : “Happy 6th Monthsary!” with our name. Goose bumps… I ran towards him and jump on him with a big wide smile on my face. Thank you so much <3

Turning our head around, we were both stunned by the panorama night view of Bangkok from our bedroom and bathroom. The room was so spacious that we can literally hold a birthday party with 10 people. It is so thoughtful of the hotel staffs to spice up our bath by preparing Bath Salt Energy Plus, Jasmine Bath Soak, and Lemongrass Bath Soak for us. We enjoyed the night very much!

Price of our room (Premium Deluxe) starts from THB4599++ depends on room type and occupancy on that day! 40% off is also applicable between 1 Sep – 14 Nov 2017, So hurry and indulge yourself now! <3

If you like massages so much like I do. H E A L T H L A N D is just within walking distance! A heaven to me and my boyfriend to go for leg massage after a full day walk at Chatuchat Weekend market and ChangChui. Do take note that Heathland closed at 11pm. Therefore, always arrive latest at 9pm in order to get a slot there. Reaching late might affect your massage hours as well as the service as all masseurs are looking forward to go back home and sleep.
On the first night, we visited China Town and it is interesting to me. Even though I have admit that Chinatown can be quite boring for those who came here before, it is still an eye opening for the first-timers like myself! 😛 Here are some photos to show you guys more about China Town in Bangkok! Please drop by and eat the street foots. Street foods here are consider great delicacies.

The next morning, we reluctantly woke up from bed and head over for breakfast at the Executive Lounge. Trust me, by looking at my photo, you can see that this hotel has the best view in Bangkok! Mahanakhon, Bangkok’s tallest building is visible from my window. It features the unique appearance of a glass square wall tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. It reminds me of my school activity: stacking up the lego in the most creative way!
Chang Chui is Thailand’s tomorrow! It is the upcoming hot spot in Bangkok by the end of this year. It is so called the land of infinite creativity because it provides a platform for the new generations to showcase their inspiration, knowledge, art, and creativity to earn for a living.

You can see everything here in Chang Chui. They use unwanted materials to turn it into something useful. Nothing is useless in Chang Chui. There are Cinema, Cafe & Restaurants, Book Store, Tea House, Fashions, Market, Street Food, Museum, Garden, Studio, Theatre, Art Gallery and much more! Just name it and it will appear sooner or later.

This area is honestly huge! It keeps you busy walking into each stalls. Is it up to you to discover this place. Just grab a Uber or GrabTaxi to Sirindhorn Road and be prepare to be amazed by the unconventional architecture ! Trust me, this trip is going to be so worth your time. Don’t forget to spend half a day there and enjoy every single bits of the unique taste of A R T. Not to mention, it is so Instagramable tooooo~

Green Zone : Opens 11 AM

Chatuchak Weekend Market is another Shopping H E A V E N for both girls and guys! To get to the Chatuchak Weekend Market, you can take the BTS or MRT. However, you might want to take a cab back after a whole day shopping as your hand will be overloaded with plastic bags.

To be honest, I have visited Chatuchak market for so many time but I haven’t been really able to walk to every corner of it. Chatuchak market is the longest and largest market in Bangkok. It is altogether divided into 27 Sections, contains more than 15,000 booths selling goods from every part of Thailand. You can find almost anything here from factory products to pets. You name it, they have it.

Even though everything here seems to be “cheap”, you still have to further ask for discount and they will definitely accept it. Sometime, visitors may spend up to a thousand here. You will shop till you drop in Chatuchak Market. Navigating inside Chatuchak market is a waste of time. It is a huge maze for foreigners. Inside, one main walkway encircles the entire market, and it branches off into a series of numbered alleyways called Soi 1, Soi 2, Soi 3, and so on. Most often, many of us arrive in Chatuchak having in mind to buy sneakers or clothes, or denim jeans, but ended up buying everything that amazed us along the way.
Tips: Bring along a small fan, sun shade, wear singlet and shorts, slippers, and pick up a map at the information counter before entering this huge maze of stalls. Enjoy Shopping!
Another interesting place to visit in Bangkok which will keep you excited all day long is none other than the famous Chocolate Ville Dining Park. This is a place where fairy tales do exist for all the ladies out there 😀 It is just around 30-40 minutes from city center of Bangkok. Grab a Uber/Grab and remember to start your journey as early as possible to avoid jam and grab the best dining view!
A restaurant built in spacious land with “Dining in the Park” concept with European Village theme at Kaset-Nawamin Road, Bueng Kum District, Bangkok. The good news is it’s FREE! No entrance fee required to enter! The Just treat yourself with all sorts of foods available from Thai food to European foods. Food price is average. But the bad news is there are no chocolate for sale. Chocolate bars, cookies, sweets, drinks are unavailable despite the name Chocolate Ville.. It breaks my heart 🙁

Again, every corner is instagramable. You can take lots of cool photos and it looks like you are in Europe!
