Meteor Crater, since 50,000 years ago. It is about 1,200 m (3,900 ft) in diameter, some 170 m (560 ft) deep,

I received many feedbacks from people around the world saying that they love my lifestyle but they need to prepare themselves before planning a trip. Ever since I did my WAT program in the USA, I met dozens of people from a diverse background working hard but never fly out of America. Some never even travel to other states within America. It was shocking for me to realize that many people are living comfortably in their comfort zone, and not breaking out from that bubble.

It is alright, we are all human beings. We are all afraid of changes. However, I believe this verse of life – “The only constant in life is changes”. Ready or not, it happens. We grow. We age. This sentence mean a lot to me because thinking back when I was a child, I don’t have an iPhone or an iPad but kids nowadays own an iPhone at such a young age. So wake up! You still have time to travel by start doing it because the most important things in life aren’t things. It is time to throw away things that are holding you onto without you realizing. It is time to get rid of the trash that is blocking your vision. It is time to be set free and experience what I call “Life”.

I am glad that I started traveling at a young age and this changes my perspective towards life. Meeting new people every day and understand that our problems in life are not a problem at all because this world is so much bigger and there are bigger problems that we should focus on instead. You might feel scared or horrible after having done so, but trust me, you will never regret to travel the world and one day, you will thank me for giving you the motivation to start the journey of your life.

I believe technology has given me so many opportunities to travel around the world without any major obstacle. If you don’t know where and how to start from,  I suggest you to write down a list of 10 countries that you want to be there so badly and cross out the furthest and most expansive city and start travel near and cheap. It will build your confidence and excitement when you figure out that traveling means so much to you.

Treat yourself a solo trip and you will find the soul back.

I started to travel when I was 19 years old. I represented Malaysia to compete in a beauty pageant in Korea. I was young and naive that time but all I know is I have the opportunity to travel to Korea for 2 weeks fully covered. It was my dream come true! When I get a taste of travel, I know want more. Since then, I can never stay in one country for more than 3 months. I need to move around, I need to look up to the sky and see different clouds, I need to feel the coldness of winter season, I need to meet new people, and I need to learn something new each day. I am a go-er, I keep moving forward and experience things that I never experience before. Scuba diving, skydiving, and hiking are the few favorite sports. I have learned that if I don’t step outside of my comfort zone, I will stay stuck.

At the end of the day, the only thing that are going to stay with us till our 80s, 90s are the memories of our lives. Lead a life with no regrets, laugh till your tears come bursting out whenever we have the chance; cry out loud whenever we are hurt. We don’t know if there is a second take, so might as well, life the fullest out of this one.

The most important things in life, aren’t things. I was once asked ‘if we’re gonna die one day, why live?’ I guess, the purpose of life isn’t just about ‘living’, the purpose of life is the encounters we made, the places we travelled, the people we met, the night sky full of stars we saw, the laughters we sparked, and the tears we cried.

So, way to go in living the fullest of your life!

I enjoy traveling . . . since having little ones it’s just been in the United States, but we do try to get to at least a couple of new places every year. It’s true – we do get bogged down with too much stuff.
